About Joyce
Joyce Major is an independent organizational consultant located in the Richmond, Virginia area since 1994. In her work she draws upon her background and education in psychology, neuroscience, and business to help clients achieve the results they envision for themselves, their organizations, and their communities.
Joyce has an MBA from the University of Richmond, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a BS in Psychology from the State University of New York.
In her personal life, Joyce enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening and spending time with her husband and two college age children. To keep her fear of heights at bay she has gone hang gliding at Kitty Hawk, hot air ballooning in Hanover and traversing a zip line in Costa Rica.
